Q: How much are classes?
A: We understand cost is important, however, it shouldn't be the only factor in deciding a martial arts school of your choice. We understand your money concerns. This is why we offer a variety of programs to fit every budget. We also provide programs for families who want to train together. Our least expensive program is about $20 per class for our group classes and $75 per hour for private lessons.
Q: When are the classes?
A: We have a very flexible schedule, especially for our beginners. We offer both early and late evening classes as well as weekends. Private lessons are also available.
Q: Can my family train together?
A: Absolutely! We are a family based academy. So families can train together and we have a program that will allow you to do this and save money.
Q: Is martial arts just for males?
A: Martial Arts, especially Kung Fu, is for any gender, age, race, social-economic status or sexual orinetation.
Q: What if I have injuries?
A: We recommend that students with prior injuries seek advice from a medical doctor. Preferably someone who has knowledge of their medical situation. We are not medical professionals and can not provide you with medical advice.
Q: How do I get started?
A: All new students are seen by appointment only. This way, we get a chance to meet with you in person and can better determine what you want to learn from the martial arts. We will give you a tour of the academy, a free introductory private lesson with a qualified instructor and tell you about our current programs, schedule and any other questions you may have. You can also register for an appointment online using the contact us page. Please see the online registration form.
Q: Why do I need to schedule and appointment?
A: This way, the instructor will set aside time to answer all of your questions, give you and your family a personal tour of the school, receive a FREE "Private Lesson", and discuss all the various martial arts programs and prices.
Q: Am I too old to start learning Kung Fu or Tai Chi?
A: No, in fact we have students well into their 60's training in our martial arts programs. Regardless of your age, you will do great while training at Wrights KUNG FU. It's an excellent way to learn how to protect yourself, not to mention improve your overall health.
Q: Will learning Kung Fu help my child at school?
A: Yes, because Kung Fu helps children develop concentration, discipline, and focus. This will help them tremendously in their school studies and in their lives.
Q: Do many women train in your Kung Fu and Tai Chi Programs?
A: Yes, our martial arts training programs have many women learning self-defense and getting in great shape. In fact, many of the self-defense techniques taught are especially great for women as they rely on speed and accuracy as opposed to brute force.
